The use of Collection Master allows us to provide the most in-depth and accurate reporting as well as provide faster service to our clients. Score based priorities allow our collectors to use FICO, TransUnion and internal designated parameters to determine the collectibility of your individual accounts. The advanced directory queries and third-party interface enhancements provide us with the tools needed to give you the information you need. CLS allows us to provide you with concise remittance information as well as customized status reports to fit your needs.
CSG has EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capability. EDI is for our clients whose standards require such technology. The most common EDI function is receiving or forwarding claims. Advanced EDI interfaces allow the transfer of paperless file activity as well as financial information.
Skip tracing is a critical component of the collection process. CSG devotes considerable resources to maintaining automated online tools to train personnel. CSG will perform skip tracing on all accounts regardless of balance at no additional charge.
CSG uses a Trans Union (CPE) scoring model to evaluate and rate the recovery and revenue potential of a file. The score can stand alone or be used in combination with additional information provided by the client. This score accounts for certain criteria such as, financial position, employment status, credit rating, bankruptcies and mortgages when it is calculated.
