Meet the Leadership Team

Sarah joined CSG in September of 2019 as a Recovery Support Specialist and has since added Collector to her role and responsibilities. Before joining CSG she was the general manager of a locally owned franchise restaurant, leading a team of 10-15 people and in charge of all day-to-day operations. Her background in management has helped her develop excellent communication and leadership skills that enhance her account resolution and administrative responsibilities within CSG. Sarah is a proud mom of a college student and enjoys camping, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Joie has been in the collections industry for nearly 30 years.  Joie joined Commercial Services Group, Inc. in 2002 as a Data Entry/File Clerk and, through various promotions over her years of service, is now Senior Client Services Administrator. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of client services and other integral administration tasks.  Joie is an accomplished stained glass artist and also enjoys gardening.

Emali’s responsibilities include fiscal management, licensing, regulatory compliance and she also manages CSG’s internal policies and procedures. Before joining CSG in 2015, Emali worked for a collection law firm for eight years and served as the Vice President of Client Relations. Emali earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Education at the University of Louisville with a major in Organizational Leadership, Learning, and Development in 2016. She is also a proud member of the national honor society Sigma Alpha Lambda. Emali has been married for eleven years, has one child, and enjoys photography, working outside, and being with her family.

Heather started with CSG in February of 2016 as a Business Development Manager and is responsible for developing partnerships with current and prospective clients. Heather is a member of the board for the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council and has served as a panel member at various regional relocation council meetings. Heather is a graduate of Indiana University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Supervision. Prior to joining CSG, she worked as a college academic advisor, trainer, and facilitator.  Heather and her husband have three children.  In addition to spending time with family, Heather enjoys reading, photography, and flower gardening.

In addition to his role as Director of Legal Forwarding, Michael is a member of the Board of Directors of Commercial Services Group, Inc.  Mike works with attorneys, collectors, clients, and consumers on account resolution.  As a member of the Board, he assists in long-range planning and operational evaluation.  Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant and has provided financial & tax services for private companies since 1985. He is a 1985 graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Business School. Mike has been married for more than 35 years and has two daughters.  In addition to his work and family, Mike serves his church as treasurer and has volunteered for a number of civic organizations.
